Après le succès des deux premières compilations de la Collection Georges Lang (Volumes 1 et 2), voici le coffret de l'émission historique de RTL Les Nocturnes, dans le cadre du 40ème anniversaire de cette émission de radio hors normes. Depuis le 22 mai 1973, Georges Lang propose pendant la semaine, secondé le week-end par Jean-François Johann, une émission musicale de minuit à 3 heures du matin. Cette émission, devenue mythique au fil des années, a permis à plusieurs générations de découvrir le meilleur de la musique anglo-saxonne.
